Having been in the field of education for more than 20 years as a teacher, district administrator/ coordinator, university professor and consultant, I am keenly aware of the demands placed on teachers to improve student achievement, while also trying to create rich learning environments. That is why I started nRich Educational Consulting. I want to share with you the many years of experience and the knowledge I've gained as an educator.

Throughout my years in the classroom, I've come to understand the multiple ways children can exhibit talent. I have used this knowledge to create successful learning environments that nurture and develop each child's gifts and talents.

As budgets shrink and class sizes rise, teachers are being asked to provide for more and more of the needs of children in their classrooms. Knowing how to differentiate curriculum and instruction to enhance talent development is a critical skill needed by all teachers. My workshops and staff development offerings can guide you toward making your school and classroom a more talent rich environment.

I provide an abundance of services including everything from one-on-one consulting with teachers to working with entire schools or district staff. Based on the needs of the teachers, school or district, I can tailor workshops ranging from brain learning to creativity, differentiated instruction to gifted education. All of my workshops are research-based best practices and grounded in the pedagogy of talent development.

My experiences in education have also provided me exceptional opportunities to work with parents. I can assist parents and/or parent groups in advocating for the needs of their children, and/or show them how to work WITH the schools to create better programs for gifted and talented children.
